The presentation of the terms and conditions below that govern the rights and obligations of the online store “T’ Archontiko” to all of you who will visit its website is done with the ultimate aim of informing you, on the one hand, about your rights and obligations and on the other hand, for your better service in searching for and acquiring the products you wish to purchase from the online store “T’ Archontiko”.

RETURNS / CHANGES

According to EU rules, if the products you purchased prove to be defective, you can contact us at info@tarxontiko.gr so that we can immediately make the replacement! The product in the case of replacement must be accompanied by all the necessary documents proving the transaction.

Any product return is accepted if:

The product is in its original condition.
The product packaging has not been opened or unsealed.
The product is not soiled or damaged.

Return of incorrect product

In the event that the product delivered to you is incorrect (i.e. it is not the product of your order), you can contact our online store within Three (3) days from the date of receipt, at info@tarxontiko.gr, so that the receipt of the incorrect product can be scheduled with costs that will be borne by our online store “T’ Archontiko” and the delivery of the correct product you have ordered can be agreed upon (including shipping costs).

Return of an intact product

The customer has the option to return the product he purchased within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase indicated on the receipt or invoice. The return is made upon presentation of the receipt or invoice and on the condition that the product has not been opened, is sealed in its original packaging and the product itself has not been used. If the product has a security tape, it must not have been removed and the product packaging must not have been torn.

Once we receive the products and it is confirmed that they are in their original condition, the customer will be refunded the total value of their order within 14 days, including the original shipping costs. The customer only bears the return costs by returning the goods in their original condition, either by their own courier, or at our company’s expense after consultation.
